A complete bathroom renovation with Five Star Bathrooms starts at $21,999 including GST, and that figure covers everything — demolition and rubbish removal, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, wall and floor tiling, the vanity, toilet, shower screen, tapware and installation. Most Sydney bathrooms land between $22,000 and $32,000 depending on size, whether you are moving plumbing, and the tiles and fittings you choose. Our Deluxe package starts at $24,999 and Luxury at $28,999. You get the exact number for your bathroom in a written, itemised quote before you commit to anything.

Around four weeks — about 20 working days — on site for a standard single bathroom, from demolition to handover. Larger bathrooms, moving plumbing, or a bathroom and ensuite together will run longer, and strata buildings sometimes add a week for approvals. We give you a start date and a finish date in writing before the job is booked, and one project manager keeps you updated the whole way through.

Fixed. You sign a written quote with the full scope and every fitting listed, and that is the number you pay. The only things that change it are variations you ask for or something genuinely hidden behind the old wall — and either way you get a price in writing and sign it off before any extra work happens.

Either. Every package includes a full supply allowance and we will take you through our supplier showrooms to make your selections. If you would rather source your own, we will give you a complete shopping list with sizes and quantities so nothing is missed, and we deduct the supply from the quote.

Yes to all three. We hold NSW Builder's Licence 338649C, carry Public Liability and Workers Compensation cover, and provide Home Building Compensation (HBCF) insurance on eligible projects. We renovate in strata buildings across Sydney every week and handle the by-law paperwork, acoustic underlay, work-hour restrictions and building manager liaison as part of the job.

Two to ten years depending on the element, plus the NSW statutory warranty. Waterproofing carries our longest cover — it is the part of a bathroom that costs the most to fix later, so it is the part we stand behind hardest. You receive your waterproofing certificate and warranty documentation at handover.

That is often the smartest way to do it. The trades, the site set-up, the skip bin and the project management are already on site, so combining rooms costs meaningfully less than booking them a year apart — and you only live through the disruption once.
